Class Information

1. Each week we will practice and use one grammar.

2. Review the grammar and complete the worksheet. Review worksheet as a class.

3. At the beginning of each class, begin writing sentences using the new grammar.

4. We will review the sentences as a class.

5. One volunteer on Tuesday will give dictation (5 sentences with the new grammar) and present the grammar.

6. On Thursday, everyone will share one sentence with the grammar and a new word. We will review sentences & new words as a class.

7. One volunteer on Thursday will give dictation (5 sentences with grammar and 5 new words). Review as a class.

8. You will have time to complete your writing activities in class. Writing Activities are assigned on Thursday.

9. Every Thursday there will be a short grammar quiz.

10. You are required to keep a list of new words learned and in alphabetical order.   My New Word List

11. You are required to keep a grammar list.  My Grammar List

12. You are required to keep a copy of all of your grammar activity sheets you complete.

13. You are expected to come prepared for every class. (writing sentences, preparing dictation, preparing presentations, etc)

14. What are your goals for this class? Write two (2) goals that you want to complete for this semester.

15. Conversation Rule: Everybody gets a chance to practice talking.

16. Review how to write a paragraph.

17. If you are absent for two days and don't tell the Sensei why you will be absent, you will be dropped from the class.
