Autobiography

My name is Maria Rodriguez. My parents got married when they were twenty-four years old. I have five brothers and four sisters. I’m the middle child from the family. I grew up in small city called Guanajuato in the middle of the Mexico country. Guanajuato is the bottom of a bowl carved out from the surrounding mountains. I love passing the underground streets it is fabulous. When I was a child we went to the church in the afternoon, and when I finished my high school I worked for the church for nine years until I got married. I came to this country because I got married and my husband was living and working here in Long Beach. I have two boys and I am so thankful for them. I love to make friends and one of my hobbies is walking to the beach with my family. I like to listen to music, read a good book, but the thing I like most is to travel in order to visit new places.
